Gordon Weaver is the author of four novels and ten story collections. Recognition of his work includes two NEA fellowships, the St. Lawrence Award for Fiction, and the O. Henry First Prize. His first novel was adapted for film as Cadence, starring Martin and Charlie Sheen along with Lawrence Fishburne. Weaver lives in Cedarburg, Wisconsin.
